What began as a personal journey for Aidan—growing mushrooms to ease anxiety—quickly grew into a full-fledged love for the science and magic of mushrooms. With years of experience as a mycologist, Aidan's mission expanded: to cultivate high-quality, functional, and delicious gourmet mushrooms that nourish both body and mind.
In late 2024, Slade joined the adventure. A longtime friend and talented chef, Slade brought not only his green thumb and culinary creativity, but his role as head chef at Eleven Three Brewing gave us the perfect platform to explore flavor and function together. From Oysters and Lion’s Mane to Reishi, Turkey Tail, Chestnuts, and beyond—we grow with purpose and share with passion.
